Any changes to your flights or late arrivals must be confirmed and acknowledged by email or by telephone.
You should travel with your pre-departure information and if there are any changes or flights are missed, you must call immediately with the new flight details.
Please note that any food brought into Australia must be declared.
Customs and Immigration are thorough in searching for food which may bring disease into Australia, and failure to declare will incur a fine and seizure of goods.

If you have made your accommodation arrangements through CELUSA/SAIBT you will be met at the airport and taken to your accommodation.
We cannot arrange airport reception for you if you do not provide your flight details to CELUSA/SAIBT. If you change your arrival details, you must notify CELUSA/SAIBT prior to your arrival.
Students who have requested Accommodation and/or Airport Pickup will be greeted at the airport in a prominent position at the arrivals entrance and the person there to welcome you will be clearly identified as they hold a CELUSA/SAIBT sign which will have your name printed on it. Please DO NOT leave the airport. If a staff member cannot be found, a public phone is located by the baggage carousel on the ground level to telephone the contact number you have been given.
