24-hour emergency helpline

If you’ve just been injured in an accident, or are suffering from a medical emergency, you can call our 24-hour emergency helpline. We can help you:

• with medical advice and assistance 24 hours a day
• with referrals to a doctor for medical treatment 24 hours a day
• get access to a solicitor for legal advice
• get access to an interpreting service
• with any messages which need to be passed to your family or friends in the event of an emergency

If you have a life-threatening medical emergency, go to your closest public hospital emergency department or call 000 immediately for help.
