Don't miss out on your SAIBT Orientation! We offer a two day comprehensive guide to help you effectively and efficiently transition into your SAIBT studies. For many students this is not only a new study environment, but a new country and way of life. Our staff are committed to helping ensure your success for your study.

SAIBT Pathway Orientation

Orientation will be delivered face-to-face and is compulsory for all students*.

Welcome session and Academic Introduction, followed by Program Information sessions and Enrolment help.

What will happen at Orientation?

  • Welcome and campus tour

  • Enrolment assistance
  • Understand the life on (digital) campus

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Obtain program information
  • Learn systems for successful study
  • Order your student ID card
  • Be introduced to a range of SAIBT services and facilities
  • Tour the campus, library and computing facilities
  • Meet SAIBT staff
  • Enrol in your courses

Most importantly Orientation ensures that you are enrolled and ready to commence your studies. We will take you through this process step-by-step conducted within small information sessions.

What Do I Need to Prepare?

Bring your logon letter with your system and network details that was emailed to you prior to Orientation. If you have not yet received your logon letter, bring a copy of your offer letter.  If you are an international student you will need to bring your passport and contact details including Australian address and phone number, permanent overseas address, name and email address of next of kin.

Where Do I Go?

Registration for SAIBT Orientation is held in the Brookman Building, City East Campus. For further assistance visit the Student Services Centre on Level 4 of the Brookman Building.
