Don't miss out on the SAIBT Orientation! We offer a three day comprehensive guide to help you effectively and efficiently transition into your SAIBT studies. For many students this is not only a new study environment but a new country and way of life. SAIBT staff are committed to helping ensure your success at SAIBT and in Australia.

What will happen at Orientation?

A wide range of activities happen at SAIBT including:

  • Obtaining program information
  • Learn systems for successful study
  • Obtain your ID card
  • Receive your OSHC card
  • Be introduced to a range of SAIBT services and facilities
  • Purchase textbooks
  • Tours of the campus, library and computing facilities
  • Meet SAIBT staff
  • Meet other SAIBT students

There will also be information sessions about accommodation, employment, safety, health and counselling services all designed to help you settle in to your new environment.

Most importantly Orientation ensures that you are enrolled. We will take you through this process step-by-step conducted within small information sessions.

What do I need to bring?

Bring along your SAIBT Offer Letter, a pen and some paper. If you are an international student you will also need to bring your passport and contact details including Australian address and phone number, permanent overseas address, name and email address of next of kin.
