> Currently SAIBT Diploma of IT
SAIBT is a great choice of pathway to UniSA and the programs offered in SAIBT are the closest to UniSA’s. Friendly staff, modern facilities and a great variety of programs make SAIBT a really enjoyable place to study. The teaching staff at SAIBT are the best I’ve ever known. Teachers are highly qualified and so friendly. They always offer you support in your study and you have more contact time than at uni. I would recommend SAIBT to anyone who is looking for a really effective program and pathway to UniSA. The facilities and computer pools are the best I have ever used and the City East campus allows you to enjoy modern facilities as well as feel the history of Adelaide.
| | Philippa Allen > Graduated SAIBT Diploma of Arts > Currently Year 1 Bachelor of Public Relations (UniSA) When I finished school I got quite a good Year 12 result and was offered a place at a university. I studied there for about one and a half years but I left because I realised I had made the wrong choice. My brother had studied at SAIBT and he recommended it to me. The small classes at SAIBT mean you get a lot of individual attention and I’ve been able to build at a good relationship with my teachers. I feel really comfortable asking questions in class, and I’ve got a great relationship with my teachers SAIBT is a great learning environment with lots of extra academic support such as the weekly help-desks. | | Zhao Ruo Qing, China > Currently SAIBT Diploma of Business I chose to study a Diploma of Business at SAIBT because I am interested in a career in business.
The classes at SAIBT are small, with only 20 – 25 students in each class which means that you get more teacher support. The City East campus also has a lot of facilities available for students to use and I really like the library.
One of the things I enjoy most about studying at SAIBT is that you have the opportunity to meet and make friends with lots of people who come from different countries. The quality of the teaching staff at SAIBT is very good. They are friendly and patient and available if you have any questions about your study.
SAIBT provides a very supportive environment for international students and prepares you well for study at university.

I chose to study a Diploma of Business with SAIBT because it will enable me to transfer directly into my chosen business degree at UniSA.
The teaching staff at SAIBT are great, and the smaller class sizes mean that you receive more one to one support during and after classes.
I like SAIBT’s location, on the university campus and right in the city. I also enjoy all the same privileges as a UniSA student including access to all of the campus facilities. I absolutely love the computer pools – there are enough Computers for students and the technology is modern and fast.
A highlight of my time at SAIBT is meeting people that come from all around the world and learning with them. | | Miraj Desai, India > Graduated SAIBT Diploma of Business > Currently Year 3 Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) I was searching for a good University in Australia and my agent recommended the University of South Australia. He suggested going through the SAIBT pathway would help me to avoid any problems with adjusting to a new country and to the difficulties of university study.
I was lucky enough to win an IBT Scholarship which paid for 50% of my Diploma of Business fees. During my SAIBT diploma I had a lot of support from the friendly teaching staff. There were only about 20 people in most of my classes and I got to know my lecturers very well. They always explained things very clearly and were patient when I asked questions. | | Lien Truong, Vietnam
> Graduated SAIBT Diploma of Business > Graduated Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)
The SAIBT three semester system allowed me to finish my diploma program within a year.
The best things about SAIBT for me were the small class sizes and the quality of staff. I had more chances to interact with my lecturers and tutors, most of whom were also lecturers from UniSA, which made not only the programs, but the teaching quality remarkable similar to those at UniSA itself. Since the class size was rather small, it was easier to ask questions and discuss with others.
SAIBT gave me the confidence and skills to successfully adapt to a university environment. |
