What is a Quota?

Certain Bachelor degrees at UniSA require placement in a clinical environment - e.g. hospital. There is a limited amount of clinical placements available, therefore the university put a quota on the program, to ensure that all students that study the program get the required training through the clinical placement. Programs with quota are competitive and a higher grade point average (GPA) is often required.

What if the Quota is full?

If you apply for a Diploma pathway program which has become full we will still issue you with a Letter of Offer for a more general program. You can then choose to have your offer revised for an alternative program or choose to accept the offer we have issued for you.
